Hello Kathie,
Hope everything falls into place for you, it looks like a Kathie & Pete house!!! Don't worry about the little things, they will all work out.

Oh Kath it looks just gorgeous. Does it have a suitable class room are? LOL Priorities!!!! If you get it for the right price it will be ok to put in more tanks...... The garbage issue is a biggie, but perhaps you could get an incinerator or a little quarrie to dump at... Thats what people we know do. Good luck decision making

I'm with Julie! Maybe the pros are bigger than the cons! Simply beautiful! :)

What a beautiful house Kathie, that is the kinda house I could see myself in. Good thing I don't live in Victora, might have competition on your hands!

Good luck with it,
Marcia P

The farm looks gorgeous - good luck! (Don't worry about the perceived "problems" - my SIL lives with these same conditions and wouldn't have it any other way. What you gain is well worth it!) Have a great day!

Looks like a gorgeous homely place Kathie!! Not sure how you'd go without a rubbish pick up but there are definitely ways around that ;o)
