Ooo orange!
We've had a few special thing happen her lately.
Randall has struggled with his behaviour at school his whole life (he's 14 and in year 9).
This year he has gone ahead in leaps and bunds. Enough that his teachers have recognised him and he was awarded with the local councils Encouragement Award at the schools Presentation night!
On Sunday Randall was baptised.I amnot religious, Brian believes in the bible but doesn't like the differences of chirches. But we have always let the children choose religion for themselves. Was a lovely service.
Plus today my brother is coming down for christmas! He is in the Navy based in Cairns. We haven't seen him since he was down for last christmas and will have about 3 weeks here!

Hey Kathie, if there's still a monarch butterfly punch un-taken I'd love to re-home it :)

As for something special hmmm lots I guess, Ummmmmmm I guess the biggest thing I can't reveal just yet but I think you know what that is... For the moment I'm looking forward to getting out of bed - day 3 of being bed (or bathroom) ridden with gastro has really taken everything I had out of me :( Bring on happy days and butterflies again.....

Hello Kathie,
Had a phone call out of the blue from a girl I used to work with 10 years ago, in Queensland. Couldn't believe it.. Arranged to catch up after Christmas.
Love Orange and would love a punch but they might be all gone - no worries - see you Friday night if the rain ever stops.xxx Might have to get a dingy LOL

Something special that happened just 2 months ago was that our whole family was able to fly to California to see one of our sons graduate from Marine bootcamp. A memory we will always treasure. We're very proud of him!

Something special - my son officially finished primary school yesterday and will be in high school when we return in 2011. For me an era is over as he is my youngest and in some ways that makes me sad to think that his young boy days are all but behind him and we will see many, many changes both pysical and intellectually in the coming years. It also is a reminder that my husband and I are getting older and while the years march on for our son they do so for us too. The other half of me is glad though as with each new life experience we grow and we learn and it reaffirms that remarkable cycle of life. All good really I guess.
