Hi girls.....when we issue the vouchers from the store, you need to click on the link in the email and go REDEEM the voucher first BEFORE you get to the checkout.....AND the biggie is this...we are not able to give you free postage as well as the vouchers....my web manager has tried to do this but its just not possible :( I'm sorry.....if we do that it cancels out the $10 gift amount.... :O

Kathie, glad you figured it all out!
One way to still get the free postage (if you still wanted to offer it) is to select "pick up from store" and then you just post it anyway. Just a suggestion :)
