Just a quick note on the plumbing issues we have been having: tree roots blocked the drain....photos tomorrow...but there was also lots of hair and cotton buds down in the tangled mass of yukky stuff that came out of the drain...so now the water flows to where its mean't to and the drains into the bathroom don't stick as much....YAY....thanks Steve and my darling hubby Pete
